Pro-Tec Weatherproofing’s core business is facade reconstruction of water damaged ocean front structures involving extensive demolition, new metal stud wall framing, aluminum doors/windows/rails, stucco finishes, interior finishes and high performance sealants and coatings. In addition, other completed projects include surface restoration to water/corrosion damaged concrete structures, water intrusion mitigation to leaking porous masonry facilities, and building envelope fabric restoration to historic structures. Significant horizontal/vertical completed coating applications are also a common occurrence. Projects encompass such categories as medical, industrial, religious and hospitality market sectors.
